“Great experience at Showroom Auto Center. I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they happily took my car in with a smile. Great customer service, I had friendly conversations with everyone that was working. Went just for an oil change but they checked everything else to make sure it’s all good and didn’t come back saying I had all these issues. You can just tell they aren’t there to take advantage of their customers, they actually care. Will definitely be back!”

“I called the night before about a car problem. They fit me into their schedule and I dropped it off 9 AM the next day (Friday). They estimated that it would be ready by Monday. They ended up finishing working on my car at 4PM the same day. I was very impressed! They were also prompt and courteous about calling me before they started any work. Customer service at its best!”

“Incredibly friendly mechanics!

I called in a random day to see if I can can get my engine light checked and to my surprise they we readily available. I went to the auto center that day, and got it checked. The mechanics told me that the error code received was showing a possible gas cap leak. They gave me there honest opinion being that it wasn't a serious problem but that if I wanted I can go ahead and pay about $80 to get the tests done. I asked again to confirm the seriousness of the situation and they confirmed that it wasn't serious at all.

It's been several months since and the car runs the same since I first got it.”
